I purchased several charms of the Rose Gold and everyone of them are now discolored, I will never buy Rose Gold again , and because Pandora refuse to replace them ( I didn’t ask for a refund) just replace them , I was told no !!!! I will make sure anyone who wants to buy Rose Gold , I let them know DONT BUY THE ROSE GOLD !!!!!

I personally did not feel that the sales representative was engaging. She appeared to be bothered with me asking questions or asking to reclean the model charm that was being sold to me, after the manager advised her too do so. When I asked if she could check with Perimeter, she replied you can call them.

Due to COVID-19 and the size of the store, few customers were able to enter simultaneously. Some items that I had seen online and specifically went to purchase were unavailable in store. Several items were priced incorrectly in the display case.

Upon walking in no one greeted me. I looked at all of the show cases and stood back as one employee looked through the cases. (not helping anyone). She finally looked up and asked if anyone was helping me after 3 mins of me just standing there. She did provide good customer service and answered my questions but she act like she didn't want to be at work.
