I went to Cummberland location and was told to go to Lenox for the items because they had them and once I arrived I was told the items were not listed correct online and they were out. Not alway are their invertory is correct. I could have same myself some gas and time.

I was returning a pair of earrings that I got as a gift. They were very tarnished and salesperson really helped me. I was very disappointed in the earrings turning but pleased with the salesperson.
