I was satisfied with my sales associate she was nice but the products I was looking to purchase they were sold out or didn’t have but the sales rep find ally of charms that I did like

The line was moving very slowly. There were associates leaving in the middle of a rush.

The lines are extremely long at this location. At one point, we saw 4 ladies leave for break while the line continued to grow. The Pandemic limits the # of people that can be in the store at one time so they should plan breaks accordingly.

The associate was trying to help me and another associate and I wasn't offerered a box or cloth bag for my braclet

To small and cramped. Also item I wanted was not available.

I was not quite satisfied with my purchase because there were a lot of charms I was looking for but the store did not have them in.

I don’t live in that state , I was visiting from out of town

We were also looking for how to send a gift to our daughter and the associate referred us to customer service.

The sales associate was nice, but did not go over and beyond that is why I said satisfied. My only reason for not returning is because I’m Here from our of town.
