Speed of service was poor at the Perimeter location. Staff wasn’t as friendly. Even though my other purchases didn’t work at Lenox the staff was friendly and assisted me in finding another selection

First of all I made online order email said pick up ready got to mall store was closed such a inconvenience so I was forced to go while mall had lines to get in store.

Unfortunately, due to Covid and size of the store, the wait time was disheartening. Please consider expanding the store at Lenox Square comparable to the store size at Georgia Mall. Also, the staff associates at Georgia Mall are very welcoming.

It was to hot in the store. The location in the mall could be better. The store was also small, could use a bit more room to move.

The store is very small to begin with so a bigger store and I would have liked the specific merchandise to be there, instead of having to go to another store.

Didn’t have items me & my cousins looked for. The line outside of store was ok not horrible. Not having 8 charms of the same for us to buy.

I wore my new ring for only 2 days and found that it was already missing a stone. I returned it to the store, as I felt it was too fragile of a piece to work well for my lifestyle. I was told that once a ring had been worn, if damaged, they store policy was that it could only be exchanged for the same item. Jennelle, the manager, was very understanding and made an exception so that I could exchange the ring for a sturdier design and received a refund for the price difference. I was very pleased with her resolution of the matter, and felt she was very kind, patient, and professional. I commend her on her valuing customer satisfaction. Outstanding employee. I do feel that Pandora should offer 100% satisfaction of their jewelry due to the rather high prices relative to quality.
