Nothing was wrong with my visit

The store was out of most of the items that I wanted but I did find something I wanted

I shopped at Pandora for the first time and ordered a bracelet for charms and two other charms. Once i paid and had my items packed up i left the store and went home. I didnt realize it till i got home that the lady never rung up my second charm and i did not receive it at all unfortunately.

The associate gave me incorrect information. My daughter purchased a clasp and she just put it on the bracelet instead of putting it on the bracket.

The associate was not attentive to my questions. Attention elsewhere

More cleaning measures should have been implemented. There was no cleaning at all between customers. Other stores I have visited, wipe machines and counters before a new customer and also offer sanitizer. Also the online representation of certain items is very misleading compared to what the actual item is.

I was trying to return a bracelet from the wrong size that the associate gave me by mistake a couple of days ago and I couldn’t because it was a sale. I wish you could have more flexibility due to it wasn’t my fault.

Out of 6 ITEMS I was willing to buy,the sales rep only had one and in only one size.

I was disappointed that a few items I wanted to purchase were not available/ in stock.

Had online coupon that wasn’t accepted
