The associated was rude. It was like she rather be home then at work. I waited outside for 20 min to get in the store to deal with a associate with a nasty attitude I will never go back to this store

It was a long waited to get into pandora . I had to waited an hour and half just to get in the store . I would’ve been longer you guys wanted only 5 people in the store at a time that was including the sales associates . It was 3 of them the line was very long you guys need a bigger store or find a better way for more people to come in the store because that was out rages

Sales associate stated she couldn't print my receipt had to contact store the following day for receipt.

The wait was so long and only 3 people working.

The store did not have a very large selection. Most of the things I wanted I need to order on line. I especially needed jewelry cleaner which they didn’t have.

Very smooth and fast process. Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience at pandora was outstanding came in looking for a ring and a bracelet also with the help of the employees it made it extremely easy to find what I wanted. Amazing customer service ladies!

I am satisfied, it was just not perfect, one of the sales assistants forgot to give me the free charm for a moment, she was terrribly sorry about it though
