The sales person was not knowledgeable about the products or there availability. She constantly hate seek assistance. The product I wanted was only available from the store’s display and the packaging for it had been thrown away. This was the collectible Christmas dome with the charm inside. I have been collecting these ornaments since 2011 and they are always specially packaged.

It was good. It was Clean. They knew the products.

I didn’t receive my birthday discount on my birthday

The service was pretty good when I went to the store , I always placed orders on line and the service was good as well.

I had a very hard time trying to get ahold of someone to help me look at the merchandise. I also bought something that was on sale, but got home and the two days after it turned my finger black. I have two other pandora rings, one of which was on sale as well, and I have never had a problem with it. As per your return policy, I can't really do anything about this ring turning my finger black, since it was on sale and I can't return it.

-No one would answer the phone after multiple tries (at 1st location - Cumberland Mall). -Item listed as “in stock” on web at this location was unavailable. -Associate called another store (Arbor Place Mall) and couldn’t get an answer there either. -Had to travel to another location (item in stock and held for me. Yay!)

Wish the store was bigger to accommodate more people had to stand in line to go inside the store.

To be in Lenox mall this location is to small

I was satisfied.

The lady was very mean,she didn't want to look for anything I ask for.when I ask her could she order the item she said no.
