Pandora Jewelry

The attendance in Atlanta was boarding right now not enthusiastic at all. I purchase Pandora at every location I travel to in the last two places— Panama and Atlanta had very little merchandise. I tried to buy 5 same items and 15 items at the other location and they had two or three of each item. Frustrating when they don’t have a Pandora for the specific city that I’m shopping in.

It’s no reason I was satisfied and I think that’s still a great thing being satisfied instead of not being.

Staff was not attentive. There was 4 employees including assist. Manager and 3 of them were working on staging the displays for new items and there was only one assisting a customer. Really took them a minute to realize that 1-2 needed to assist a customer.

The lady just didn’t not help me i was asking questions and i just felt like she didn’t want to be there

The merchandise I wanted to purchase was a retired piece, they had the item, but they were trying to sell it to me at full value when I knew the item was discounted. The store manager did not make an attempt to verify the information I gave to her about the item so I left without purchasing that particular charm. I drove to another mall to get the item at the discounted price.

It was my first time inside a Pandora and think a little tour of the jewelry would have made me a bit more comfortable. Explination of how to open and close the bracelets, what spacers vs charms vs clips are and the reason of safety chains. I left the store and relied on friends and youtube to get the rundown.

The store was very crowded and the wait was long. But it was worth it.

Most of the merchandise where sold out Sales associates wasn't pleased to show me more of her trays.

Good Day!.. , myself and three of my family members, came in to purchase items, we were in the store for 30 minutes before we could get assistance, that case being, because there were only two assistants working on that day, Sad thing is, that the store was very crowded, we, (my family and myself) were in from Chicago,

The store was a little small but the workers greeted everyone & was able to give time to each customer
