I first found the product online but wanting to purchase it in store so I could try them all. At first there were difficulties trying to find the correct size but the staff worked together to find it. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly.

I have met a few of the ladies here and every one of them was outstanding. but I Kourtney D has helped me 2 times. she is knowledgeable and very friendly and patient. I have been collecting pandora since 2009. And I think this may be my favorite store.

The staffs at pandora were very friendly and were able to provide a lot of knowledge towards the products. Also, the staffs were kind and patient when it came to helping me select a charm bracelet and charms. Overall, my first experience at pandora was beyond excitement.

Anna and the other associate present in the store were great! When I walked into the store, I was a little apprehensive given that I look so young. I felt a bit insecure, thinking that the associates would think I wasn’t really serious about making a purchase. To my pleasant surprise, I was immediately acknowledged and welcomed. They took their time and allowed me to make decisions about my purchases at my own pace.
