I love the customer service and staff was excellent!

The entire sales staff was super friendly and very know about the products. As there was a huge sale this weekend, the store was very busy. You can definitely tell there is a team spirit in the store. I love the way they all pitched in to help each other out. Not only did the sales team work together to make sure I found beautiful charms for my first Pandora bracelet, they also made sure to educate me on how to balance the charms and take care of the bracelet. While I did not purchase the bracelet at this location, I truly enjoyed my shopping experience!! I have found my favorite Pandora store!

Upon entering the store we were greeted by an employee. Kourtney D was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items in the store. She even gave us some information about another Pandora store we didn’t know. We will definitely be back to visit this store.

The store was very nice. I knew what I was looking for and they had it in stock. They were very helpful in showing me how to work the clasps and helped me try on the necklaces to see which length I wanted to purchase. I ended up buying two. They were a very nice birthday gift.
