Wanted to purchase for granddaughter for Christmas and the Sales Lady was very helpful, taking time to make sure my granddaughter was sure of what she wanted and help with making sure she received the correct size in ring.

I never have a bad experience in any Pandora stores I visit. The store associates are always eager to help. Love Pandora!

My daughter was picking out a charm bracelet and the associate was extremely patient and helpful. She catered to what my daughter wanted instead of treating her like a child.

I just loved the energy! Everyone was sooo welcoming and happy and i like to be acknowledged when entering a store. They were very helpful in helping me find what’s best for me!

Even though they were busy, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. They had a nice sitting area to look through the catalogs while we were waiting including bottles of water. We were waiting on quickly and professionally when it was our turn!

Sales girl was quick to understand what we were looking for and headed us in the right direction.

The store is always clean and the associates are always so helpful. The selection is always at the top of my list.

I was satisfied because of the price,buy two and get one free. I was dissatisfied because the store was crowed with not enough help.I waited to long before they put my name on the list.I didn't know they had a list.
