Sales Associates were extremely helpful in making sure I got the perfect ring. Even though my ring size was smaller than the normal, the ring selections were all beautiful and I did not feel like I was missing out on styles. To top it all off the prices for the amazing rings I ended up purchasing could not be beat in value or beauty. Thank you so much!!

The associates were friendly and kind. They did everything they could to not only sell to me but give me an experience. This was my very first pandora purchase and they gave me a moment to share along with a very special ring that I'll love forever.

When we walked into the store the 2 ladies behind the counter didn't approach us but waited until I walked to them and asked if the Bracelets in the case were all they had? she replied yes. I went back to the case and asked which one of the hasps had the least amount of complaints..As she walked over to where we were (finally) She said she couldn't answer that. I picked the 1 I wanted and none of our info would come up on their computer, even though my husband gets emails from Pandora. We continued with the purchase and I asked her if they had any of the little rubber stoppers to go in between the charms and she said no, they had just ran out yesterday.. That is the same reason they told me the last time we asked about them the last time we were in this store.. This clerks name is Makayla B No.227786 (according to my receipt) .. I didn't feel very welcome in this store both times I have been in it and I am thinking I won't be going back to this store or any Pandora if this is the way they treat customers. Of course, I don't dress like I am made of money and she maybe thought I couldn't afford to be in there? IDK but she was wrong.
