I was very satisfied with my visit. I was not satisfied with part of the online order I received. However the associate that helped me in store was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.

Nothing is perfect

There was nothing outstanding. They didn’t go out of their way but they also weren’t rude. We were the only customers so that may have contributed.

The staff member wrapped my charm in rough tissue paper and put it in a down in a box. Instead of on a ribbon but other than that the experience was great.

Wait was too long

They had a line to stand outside but it was not tht many ppl in store. It was jus too hot to stand outside. The person wrking cleaning station at door never gave any comfort.

I received a free gift with my purchase but they was out of stock

Didn’t have a large selection of Mother’s Day charms to select from to purchase.

The selection within the store was minimal, I was expecting more items and a larger variety. With the limited amount of merchandise, I was hesitant with purchasing it but decided to do it because of the upcoming holiday which might mean that the few items available at the time might be gone.

There wasn’t a lot to choose from for Mother’s Day.
