I LOVE the girl with the short natural hair and I love when she helps me. She was with a customer so she cldnt help me. The others were helpful.

Love the store

I was a little dissatisfied with the selections. There didn’t seem to be a wide variety of choices or selections to choose from

I was satisfied I didnt do pick up I brought item in the store

i am satisfied with my experience i just dont shop there that often the last question asked would i visit again within 90 days probably not because it isn't one of my go-to stores ex:(shoes, clothes) only when i want something nice will i visit

Not having what I wanted in stock Sales personnel not sure of the material was or stone

The first girl the helped me seemed a little busy she found me a charm but never really can back to help me. The second girl tht helped me was amazing and made up for all the mistakes the first girl made.

Sales representative could've initiated being more inquisitive of my need after informing me of a particular item not being apart of the Pandora brand

My order was put back, which was my error but once we resolved that and I had to reorder my items the associate took forever to help maneuver me through the continued process to complete my order

I felt rushed by one of the cashiers during my shopping but the other sales associate took over in helping me. She was very patient with helping and actually found what I needed for my future purchase.
