Had to wait 20 minutes outside the store on a fairly warm day.

Called to make sure you didn’t need a appointment and to ask about the mask rule. Had to call 27xs and left 3 voicemails which non were returned. Also, I live 2hrs away from any pandora store hints why I was calling to make sure of these things being the holidays.

The product that I went to purchase was not available. I was told the Pandora Me bracelet had not been in stock for a while.

I went into the store to purchase gold charms but the sales associate told me that the store was completely out. I was told that there was a gold shortage and Pandora didn't know when gold charms would be available.

I was never acknowledged when I walked into the store. A sales associate had to walk from the back after waiting about 15 minutes.

Went in for a cleaning a bracelet bought as a Christmas gift and asked to buy a charm. Sale associate was very nice and knowledgeable of the business.
