Things beyond the store’s control. It was disappointing that the store didn’t have mask for customers so they lost businesses from several customers. I appreciate the safety precautions.

I was satisfied but I felt like I didn’t have time to think or truly look at what I wanted. The salesperson was trying to suggest so much to me. She was very helpful and sweet though.

The attitude of the sales associate was very poor. She act as if she was too good to be bothered to wait on me. Very rude with attitude. She waited on me several times and had the same attitude each time.

The wait was extremely long due to Covid restrictions. One of the cashiers was spending way too long talking to customers about non Pandora issues causing other customers to wait longer.

I received my bracelet as a gift. On multiple occasions the clasp has come loose and my charms have gone scattering about and I also lost some. This bracelet is $175 and I expect better than this to happen. I was happy with my experience in getting another bracelet as this was still under warranty.

OUR SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. SHE KEPT OPENING AND REVIEWING BOXES AS MUCH AS WE NEEDED TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED. SHE NEVER SHOWED ANY SIGN OF IRRITATION. SHE DID A GREAT JOB.

Selection of the items for which I was looking was somewhat limited. No alternatives to the limited selection (i.e, other locations, online orders, new stock) were offered.
