The store was clean and inviting. The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. I also got my old Pandora bracelet cleaned all.

Didn't have what I was looking for they were out of alot of merchandise like initial and birthstone will check back Tuesday.

Im a regular customer and I love the product but I was disappointed because I had been in a week prior snd what I was looking for wasn't in and I went back before Valentine and it still wasn't in. I tried ordering it online and online didn't have it either. this particular store did not have any gift sets for Valentine Day one of the biggest holidays of the year. very disappointed

I was satisfied with the service once it began, however, my husband and I walked in the store and it took a while to be acknowledged. We walk in and received no greeting. There were 5 associates in the store, 2 were helping customers. The other 3, whom we didn't realized worked there were all huddled together talking over a display. After walking around the store for a bit, I noticed that they may not be customers as I initially thought. I had to walk over to them and ask for assistance. It was disappointing as they had to have seen my husband and I in the store but offered no help.

Teretha was AMAZING, her customer was GREAT. She was very patient with me. She went out way to help me find what I was looking for. My exchange of my item i order on like was very smooth. The store was very clean. I was so excited to see each employee clean after each customer. The store was ran very well. I lobe this Panorama store. Merry Christmas

The wait was extremely long. I didn’t have as many options to choose from when it came to picking out charms. Customer service was great once I finally made it inside the store.

I could tell either the employee who assist me was either new to the company or haven’t been with company long. No problem, I wanted a clip with the rubber piece inside, the Employee wasn’t knowledgeable about the rubber stopper piece that’s located inside some clips... Long story short Employee sold me one without.. Neither one of us noticed it until employee was putting item on bracelet lol.. However my experience was great,I’m satisfied employee did her very best to assist me,she apologized for what she didn’t know,she went the extra miles to get the information and the assistance that was needed from another employee! The team work was wonderful, I will most definitely be coming back and recommending others to shop this location!

The selection was not up to the usual. The people were great, but not having the ability to spend the time just looking seemed to diminish the experience for me. I felt rushed.
