I ask for a certain tone of charm and didnt realize until later on I gotton the opposite... Now I have to exchange the charm for the correct one

I was making a Christmas Purchase for my Granddaughter. I wanted a sports charm and they don't have them I want a birthstone charm and they didn't have it and I wanted a trip/places they didn't have it. I spent $500 in the store.

Nakia was very patient with me. She showed me a number of rings. She even found another item that I liked...because the one that I wanted wasn’t in my size. She showed me some very impressive customer service 😊

First sales associate was not too friendly and kept going in the back room. She gave me the impression like I didn’t really want to make a purchase. The associate that made the sale was helpful and friendly

Only 2 sales person and customers were waiting a couple walked out as a result of the wait. The ladies were nice but definitely need more workers
