The salesperson wasn’t very customer friendly. I patiently waited 15 minutes to be served yet the salesperson was not friendly. She showed the items through the case which had scratches so the view was distorted. It wasn’t until I asked to look at the charms outside the case that she removed them. This was different from my shopping experience at other Pandora Stores.

I was satisfied with the in store interaction however I’m very dissatisfied at this time with the online experience I’m having and the response if customer service which is part of reason for visit but overall I was satisfied
