When the store is crowded you can not sort through items on your own to get an idea of what you want to buy. So, you end up spending way more time in the store than planned.

ASK TO SEE RINGS SIZE 6 OTHER TIMES WHEN I WAS IN STORE THEY BROUGHT OUT TRAY FOR ME TO LOOK SHE JUST POINTED LIKE SHE WAS SURE I WASNT GONNA BUY ANYTHING AND WASTE HER TIME. IF I DIDNT LOVE THE PRODUCT I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT.

I had gone to a Pandora store located at the Mall of Georgia. At the Mall Georgia the Last Chance merchandise was quoted at being 30% off plus the promotional 35% Black Friday Promo in store discount. This was also the case when you purchased online the Black Friday promo included everything except the Harry Potter Collection. When I got to the Pandora store 0609 Sales Associate #173276 ( I think her name was Amy) informed me that was not the case. I went online and sure enough the associate at the Mall of Georgia store and the online Black Friday promotion includes the Last Chance merchandise. This was a problem for me because I had driven over 2 hours to get to store 0609 only to be told misinformation. I missed out on purchasing the item I truly wanted due to the sales representative #173276 quoting me the incorrect price. She did not even ring up the item, just quoted a price as if she very certain. This was a waste of a 2 hour trip. I will not go out of my way again to visit this Pandora location.

I genuinely love pandora, But this particular associate was very pushy! I was most definitely going to purchase a new charm but she wasnt open to showing me everything! I usually know exactly what I want when I visit the store but that day I wanted to look just in case I found something else, but she was so stuck on me saying “I like rose gold” that she was ignoring my request to see what else you all have! I was tempted to not make a purchase due to her terrible customer service but because I love my bracelet I did.
