I have to wait to be assisted, because of there being only 2 associates working. I was overall satisfied with my shopping experience.

I had to wait unnessecially. The salesperson didn’t act real interested in helping me. She did help me but was not enthusiastic.

30 Minute wait to talk to an associate. 5 people working and 40 people on a waiting list. I walked in and waited in line for a while only to notice others walking around me to get put on a waiting list. I waited next to the door and would tell people when they walked in who they needed to see to get placed on the waiting list. Total caos with no organization. The sales associate was totally preoccupied with others asking questions to focus on making my sell so I cut her short and only spent about 1/2 of what I set out to spend.

I was not highly satisfied because I had to wait over 20 minutes before being assisted. I also saw an item online that was not available in store which was a let down. I think that the price was a bit expensive, but I like the product for my mother.

I had top pay full price for the 2 charms I bought. I was afraid not to get them today because I had visited the store 4 earlier times and the charms were out of stock. They were 2 Dreamcatcher charms. I would have liked to have had some kind of discount to make me feel highly satisfied.

There is a measure of racial prejudice in the town that I am in. I felt it when I walked in even though I make more than enough to shop in any store in any town

The price of merchandise was too pricey. I really need the clips both was unavailable to pay for two clips. The price should less when two or more items are required.

The store wasn’t fully stocked. Several items I inquired about where out and I had to continue picking other items. Even the gifted bracelet for my daughter was not her correct size and I question if she will wear it often.
