The only reason that I did not select highly satisfied was due to a ring size not being available. I have had this problem before, seems like the rings are limited. Otherwise my experience with this store has always been enjoyable.

When my name was taken for the waiting list, even though I spelled it for the person, they misspelled it so that it was completely unrecognizable when they called it. Another customer realized I had been there before them. Once we brought it to their attention, they acted annoyed at me but served me next. I knew exactly what I wanted so was not difficult to serve. I was glad to get out of the store as the store was busy and I was there about an hour.

I had to wait an extremely long time to be helped. When I first came into the store I didn't realize that there was a waiting list. No one directed me when I came into the store to put my name on the waiting list so I stood waiting for help for awhile before I realized that was the situation.

The clerks had a had time finding prices for us. Some items that we were interested in were out of stock. Check out was slow, only one register.

The wait for help was extremely LONG today. We were greeted and told one of the associates would be with us soon. We waited at least 25 minutes for an associate. Even though we were updated, it was painfully long. If it wasn't the last day of the sale, I would have left and come back another time. There was ONE customer who monopolized the associates' time the WHOLE TIME! She was there when we arrived and was STILL there when we left. The associate was very patient and friendly with that customer...more than I would have been. Once Vicki got to us, she was very helpful, friendly and apologetic about our long wait. She was great and eased our inpatient nerves.
