At the bottom of a Pandora receipt, it specifically states that an item with no receipt will be issued a gift card. The sales associate stated there was nothing she could do about swapping - not a return - swapping a bracelet that was a Christmas present.

I own many pandora pieces. Each purchase I have made in the past I received a free cleaning cloth. At Christmas I always received a beautiful pandora ornament. This time I was told that I would not receive a cleaning cloth nor Christmas ornament. Pandora jewelry is expensive, I was very disappointed not to receive a cleaning cloth at the least!

I was in that store back in November or December, and I had a really ad experience. I received a call from the manager, at this time she promised I would get a 25% discount, the next time I was in there. Well I was in there Saturday 3/5/2022 and I explained to the sales associate, she looked at me as if I was lying and I did not receive the discount. The store was packed, I felt embarrassed, everyone was looking at me, as if I was tying to get something for nothing. My boyfriend and I spend so much money with Pandora, Not sure why the last manager did not document the details of the discount. I just started 2 new bracelets for my granddaughter's and I am thinking about trying a different route for the charms. I have never in my life been this embarrassed. Also I do not like how the sales associate was looking at me as if I was making up a story, I would hope you would keep a record of the complaints so you can share with the store, so she can see that I was not making this up. My boyfriend has filled three bracelets for me and working on a fourth, now not so sure. I do not need to try and get something for nothing, I pay for everything I receive. I do not have to take advantage.

Store was suppose to open at 9:00 didn’t open until 9:15. Line was outside the store and would only let 5 people in at a time and the sales associates were not in a hurry to speed the line up. The

The ales associate was very nice, she was too new and should not have been left alone. She had to keep running in the back to ask questions, she was not familiar with any of the promotions. There was a lot of people in that store and there should have been more help on the floor instead of 2 sales associates. It is Christmas time. Not to mention they had all kind of merchandise out on the counters so it was hard to get up to the counter, and look through the glass with all the plastic boxes being on the counter, I thought that was strange for my Pandora store, I love this place and highly disappointed.
