The sales associate wasn’t not as friendly as I have seen before when shopping at Pandora stores. As soon as I asked about a particular item and she seen i was a potential buyer her whole attitude changed and her body language changed. I feel as if I didn’t purchase anything she would have still been snobby! I initially went in to get my bracelets cleaned but did end up seeing something that I liked. Just don’t have a snobby way about you because I could of easily walked out and not bought the merchandise, but I loved the bracelet and really wanted it!! Just disappointed because I never experienced that before while shopping at pandora, felt very uncomfortable.

I experienced microaggression from the manager, who was unwelcoming and overbearing. She acted very disinterested and did not want to help me until she realized I was purchasing a few charms. She then continued to oversee the transaction as opposed to allowing the sales associate to help me. I also observed the manager scold a black employee for accidentally dropping plastic containers. Overall, very uncomfortable experience! I will not go back to the Pandora at River Crossing in Macon, GA.

The line to get in was very long. One of the sales associates that came to the door rudely announced for us not to just walk in when someone walks out. None of the charms I wanted were in stick, so the bracelet I purchased for my daughter has only one charm and the others will be delivered later. I feel you should have been better staffed on the week leading to Mother's Day

Felt like I was rushed.was not offered different items unles I asked. No suggestions by the staff. Very bland service on this day as well as two days prior with a different staff member. Staff needs more interaction and enthusiasm with customers. I couldn’t imagine if I was a new customer.

As much money as I spend into Pandora you would think they would care more and give discounts or rewards to us people, but they do not.

I’m a regular customer, and I’m very knowledgeable of the merchandise and since Valentines is only two weeks away they didn’t have any of the Valentines products. Then I wanted to order and I couldn’t order what’s being advertised, very disappointed.

Proper precautions weren’t taken to avoid germs being spread. The sales associate did not sanitize the ring before I tried it on. I only noticed afterwards that there were alcohol wipes available for this purpose. Also, the touch screen device that is used for transactions was not clean. The associate and another employee who may have been the manager were both handling it and then they wanted me to use it to sign for my exchange.

They put both of my beads in the same box even though I said one was a gift for my daughter and one was for me. They had the cleaning station set up there were 3 employees working only 1 other customer in store I had on 3 pandora bracelets pretty full of charms and nobody offered to clean my bracelets. Every single time I bought beads from Reeds across the street before they stopped selling Pandora they always cleaned my braclets without me asking.
