The availability to look at several different selections since I wasn’t looking for anything particular. The sales woman made it a little difficult to find anything .

I wasn't greeted or asked how could I be helped. There were only 2 other women shopping in the store at the same time. When charms were sold they were not replaced with others.

The sales associate was not motivated. She questioned every thing I had in mind. She acted as if I did not know what I was talking about and seemed to careless about my interest or questions. I have bout alot of merchandise from the same Macon store and all have have been excellent visits with excellent sales women that knew about the merchandise and seemed to care what my goal was in making my wife happy. This was my 25th wedding anniversary as well as Valentine's day shipping for my wife and daughter. Had she cared about my questions or was willing to help me I would have probably bought more merchandise but I was just ready to get the stuff I had and leave because I seemed to be hindering her or was stupid for her to deal with is how I felt and upon leaving my daughter said the same thing about the experience.

It appears that the sales associates were not happy to be at work. They didn’t want to help certain customers and they made you know it by their demeanor. The lady that helped me was nice though.

I watched two customers walk out because the wait was too long. I considered it myself but I was buying a Mother’s Day gift. Even though I had in mind what I was looking for the sales associate didn’t show me everything the store had to offer for Mother’s Day. I was actually upset she didn’t show me other items that I didn’t see.
