Our sales associate was the slowest customer service rep I have ever encountered anywhere. The store was busy and line backed up. We could have been out of there in half the time if the rep would just do her job. Even just putting the tissue in the bag was like it was in slow motion. She also should have been assisting me instead of talking to co workers after every step she took!!!!!!!

Been to several pandora stores and only one time was the sales associate very friendly. Customer service , not good at all. Associates need some training

The wait outside was awful. There was not enough merchandise available. The sales associate wasn’t inviting to ask questions. I felt like I was rushed to get to the next customer.

A Sales associate in the store was so Rude to another Customer and Management said nothing or even acknowledged the situation going on!

I was made to stand in line outside in the rain for half an hour before being let in the inside line even after half a dozen customers had left the store. Sales associate was not knowledgeable about the product and product availability was limited. Sales associate was also rude and seemed annoyed to BR there at all.

The first thing I didn’t like was she made me feel like she didn’t want to help me. Maybe it was because she didn’t give me her name. I asked her if your store had military discount and was told yes however when she rang me up I had to ask her to apply it after showing her my Information. She did but only to a portion of my purchase. I asked why and she rudely called for her manager forcing all of the stores attention to me. Long story short I left without the correct size bracelet and the charm I got I didn’t like I just chose quick because I could tell she was aggravated. I repeatedly apologized and left embarrassed!

The manager was rude, she could have at least came over to speak with me instead of tell her associate what got tell me. I wanted to exchange a pandora to a larger size, management refused and stated it’s been over 30 days but it had not been worn

We are fairly new to Pandora. I purchased over $200 in Christmas gifts from Pandora in Augusta on Friday. None of the items were on sale. Tuesday, I visited the store in Macon to purchase two more charms, and there was a promotion to spend $150 to receive a free bangle. I was told, too bad, your only option for the bangle was to purchase more. I even called customer service. She told me to return my previous purchase, unworn, then re-purchase. Good thing my items were gifts. I get why your associates want you to wear your purchases instead of wrapping them; prevents returns.
