The sales associate was awesome- - helpful and friendly. However, there was security dressed in street clothes who was literally breathing down my neck. She was pacing back and forth right behind me while the associate helped me at the counter. I was there for almost 30 min and I was uncomfortable and slightly offended that was singled out. Even when I ran out to the car to get my physician word badge and came back in— the woman came even closer as I finalized my purchase. So embarrassing! I realize that it’s the holidays and crime is high but there is no reason to harass good paying customers and not to mention COVID social distancing precautions.

Friendliness of sales associate. This was my second time visiting in two weeks that the sales associate was unfriendly.

I placed and order to be picked up, two days went by and nothing so I finally sent the pickup person to inquire and was informed there was no order on file even though I had the order number and everything. Sales associate Shanquetta seemed to have an attitude when I explained it to her and said there was no order in the system. I understand technology is faulty sometimes but her attitude needs work

The associates were not very knowledgeable. They were friendly once you engaged them. They could be more attentive to customers and learn more about the product. I was not entirely dissatisfied but the experience could have been better.

The store is understaffed, did not have inventory I was looking for or could not find it. Clerk was trying to wait on 3 people at once and this delayed a simple purchase. They had no bags! What on earth. The other clerk was cleaning a bracelet and consumed with one customer and this task for the whole time peopel were waiting to get inside. I thought you left your pieces for cleaning and came back? Idk where the former managers went but you should pay them double to come back.

Salesperson who cold and no one said hello. We were standing looking at charms through the case and Salesperson asked me and my husband to move. No hello or nothing.

I went looking for the garden collection. The associate said they didn’t have it then another associate told her to get the charms out of the display. Then I asked for a garden ring. She set the tray in front of me and told me that’s all they had. When leaving the store, there were several in the display case. Also, only 2 customers allowed in the store when it’s cold and raining.

The sales clerk was very fast. Her salesmanship was not effective. She did not consider my thoughts on my purchase. I felt as if I was rushed making this purchase with only 3-4 people in the store. The items were scarce.

We all know that we are in a pandemic and I can appreciate the protocols and safeguards in place. However some of the employees were surly in regards to those protocols and it felt more like a visit to the CDC instead of a retail establishment. I am an African American man, and I observed your staff allow white people to disregard the protocols, and do so with impunity. I did not feel welcomed as I was told to stand on the social distancing square while the white people were allowed to enter without waiting and move about freely.
