Not enough associate to assist customers Associate that assisted me did not help in the way that I’m used to being assisted. She asked me to put my own charms on. I had to make additional transaction because she forgot to take 2 of my charms out of case that I had originally asked to purchased.

Merchandise was damaged, bent earring post. Returned For exchange 1 hour later. During purchase the sales associate was good. Person there during return was rude and long wait time.

The was a major wait for assistance from workers. The could have been more efficient. I also had to return to the store because I was rung up for the wrong charms and over charged .

The sales associate was not as helpful as other pandora stores I have visited. The other staff was not friendly at all. No greeting or anything

My sales associate’s body language and attitude was very negative until she realized I was buying merchandise. She even tried to take customers in front of me that entered the store after me. I wasn’t pleased with my sales associate customer service. I love Pandora jewelry and I have made purchases many times before. However, I will not utilize the Macon location again, I rather purchase online or drive to another location.

The Customer Service Rep appeared to have an Attitude and act like she was ready to go home! She was not friendly or that helpful! She need a Customer Service 101 Class!

I had to make an exchange from a charm I bought the day before first one of the ladies told me was going to be difficult a return.She asked the supervisor and she said yes but I was feeling the pressure from them to pick up something quickly now I bought a ring for my daughter is not her style and I don’t want to go to the store for that bad customer service

The wait was very long. When entering pandora, no one spoke or even acknowledged me. Usually when there’s a wait, someone will advise “I’ll be with you shortly”. Nothing was said and I feel like my presence wasn’t appreciated or either they were too busy to care. When I finally received help, the female who helped me didn’t apologize for the wait or anything just went right into “What brought you in today?”

Normally I always have a great visit. This time the sales associate seemed like she really didn't want to be there. My husband and I have spent around $600 this week. I visit this location all year long making purchases. When I went in this last time the sales associate made the comment "I don't care what you buy. We don't get paid commissions". If I had not wanted the merchandise right then, I might have gone to another location. I love pandora just not this one associate.
