I bought a gift, and your merchandise is not cheap in price, so I asked for a gift receipt in case the ring didn't fit. The sales associate said you don't give gift receipts anymore and that I could just include the regular receipt with the gift. How are you such a well known and large company, from whom people buy expensive gifts all the time, and expect us to do such a tasteless gesture such as give the original receipt with the price to our loved ones?? Furthermore, this store was out of ring boxes so she put the ring in a charm paper container. I will probably never buy a gift from Pandora again, although I have done so many times in the past. So disappointing. Get it together. It's the holiday season. Make sure you're stocked up on essentials and bring back your gift receipts!!

The sales associate was awesome but the manager (unsure of her name) was very rude. It was Black Friday and I understand it can get hectic. After a sale associate was finished helping a customer, I got her attention to help me and my sister. Once she started helping us, the manager came over and asked my sister if she was on the list. My sister told her no and the manager said that we have list and other people were in head of us. She was rude but in a quiet type tone. She told the sale associate the same thing and the sale associate tried to explain what happened to the manager. I apologized to the sale associate because I did not know there was a list. She stated that it was okay. As I was waiting to purchase the charms, the sales associate stepped away to get some boxes. The manager came over and asked if I was purchasing anything out the box and I told her yes. She took the box that was holding my charms and took it to the sales associate that I was working with. I am going to assume that they are not allowed to leave the charms in front of the customer when they step away. The manager also closed the catalogs and the sale associate had to look for the charms all over again.

I was treated like dirt, all because I wanted two boxes for the charms that I purchased as a birthday gift! When I ask for boxes I was told that I only purchased two charms and not three. I spent $130.00 in that store and I can't get a box and a nice bag?!?!?!? So more then likely I won't be back. When you spend the money I spend in these stores, I would not expect to be told I didn't spend enough. What a joke I think because the color of my skin, I was told I could not get boxes!!!!

I wanted to exchange a charm. My receipt was not on record. When I was finally able to make the exchange I had to pay a difference because my charm MAY have been on sale when I purchased it.

On 1-18-23 I went into the store, I was not greeted the entire time I was there. There was 2 employees waiting on 2 customers. I waited 10 to 15 minutes no one ever spoke to me or even looked in my direction. Finally one employee was done with her customer as that customer was walking out the door another customer walked in and was immediately waited on. I left the store without being waited on. I went bank on the 20th and was waited on but the staff wasn’t friendly at all but I was able to get what I needed. I’m not sure if I will be back because the customer service each time was terrible. I hate it because I love pandora but I dislike being treated like I am a no body!

Arkyanna has the personality of a log. I had to keep asking her to show me cases but she keep bringing me charms to see individually. I took my granddaughter in for her first Pandora bracelet and she made the experience terrible. She did offer to show her different pieces. It really mad me sad because when we got in the car my granddaughter commented that our salesperson was not helpful and she could tell she didn't want to be at.work. I shop often at this location and this was a horrible and sad experience!!!

The sale's clerk had no knowledge whatsoever about pandora jewelry she seemed really confused and lost she had no clue where anything was. After collectively spending 1,000.00 between my sister (customer I brought in) and myself. I asked if my rings could be cleaned. After dipping my rings in the chemical, the manager sold the clerk she couldn't clean them. Still wet dripping chemical the clerk hands my rings back and says she cannot clean them. Had I known this would be my experience I would have gone to Kay's, Reeds, or Forever Diamond where my presence and money would have been appreciated. If my purchase wasn't a gift for my sister, I would have returned it without leaving the store with it. This was not my first purchase from pandora but most certainly my last.

The lady couldn’t find anything I was asking to see even showed pictures and item number. My shopping experience just went down hill and fast. Got to the point of not caring about looking at anything else got the two items I definitely came in for. She either didn’t know the product nor how to complete a transaction!

Assistant Manager was not knowledgeable about looking up information. After I proved her wrong, she let me meet with sales rep. Sales rep was willing to help, but asst mgr went to other mgr and told her not to help sales rep handle situation. I’ve been purchasing Pandora for years and this is the worst store to go to. Not customer friendly at all. I’ll drive an extra hour to avoid this store. Should’ve done it again this time, but thought I would give them yet another chance! Big mistake!
