The sale associate that assisted me was by far the rudest person I've ever interacted with. My best friend and I, two Asian women, wanted to buy friendship rings to celebrate our 8 year friendship. Our sale associate was incredibly aggressive with her tone reflecting either a racist and/or homophobic attitude. We waited for her to finish with the customers before us then told her we were interested in buying rings. She was incredibly apathetic toward our request, told us to give our ring sizes rather than make the selection, would not bring the rings out on the counter for "Covid" reason despite not wearing a mask, and was just bluntly unpleasant throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

I asked for the 50% sale when I came in. She brought out two cases and said all of these are 50% off. As I’m looking at my Receipt I see I paid full price for one of the items $75 I never got my discount. So dishonest and blatantly highway robbery if they’re not being rude they’re robbing You. Why show me what I asked for then charge me full price better yet why have a sale for 50% off and an honor. More training is needed and tell them never to judge a book by its cover Totally disappointment

I stood in line over a hours one sales associate took her time talking to a customer instead of shopping . There should be a limit on how much time they have with customers due to COVID . Everyone in line was complaining . There was only 2 sales associates and one had 5 customers in the same amount of time as the other associate only had 1 customer . I could watch them from the window they were talking and no shopping was going on this was my first and last time going in store

I had to make the same purchase twice even though I clearly told the associate that I had already been charged once online.

the sales associate was rude. she was all over the place. while she was suppose to be helping me she stopped mid conversation to help someone else which had me waiting for her to come back to finish with me

I was overcharged and the assistant manager acted as if she was doing me a favor by rectifying it with a refund. She stated well I will do it this time after I asked for a full refund on the entire 380.80 refund

My experience in this store had been awful the last two times I’ve visited the manager there is horrible and does not have customer service skills at all

Ridiculous requirements for exchange. What would have been an exchange turned into a refund due to methods and clerk. Would have purchased another with the other two I bought. Won't be back.

Poor communication to customers entering the store. One associate called out “is everyone on the waiting list? “ What does that mean? It would be much better received to have numbers taken for who’s next, etc. maybe someone standing at the door instead of standing behind a desk across the store. No one understood how to be helped. The poorest experience I’ve ever had. I waited for at least 35 minutes (no complaint) to be called before someone that checked in before me
