Great quality jewelry at an affordable price for starters the customer service at this location is always on point and they seem to always have what i'm looking for in stock.

Associate knew exactly what charm I described that I was interested in. Associate offered to clean the pandora jewelry I was wearing.

I went to the store on Friday, January 21, 2022, to exchange a charm for another but the store didn’t have the one I wanted. The associate Da wrote my name, number and the name of the charm. I get a call from the associate Da that same day letting me know that the store had the charm and they would hold it for me. I went back to the store Saturday, January 22, 2022, to pick up the charm and Lauren E assist me with the exchange. I also purchased a bracelet and charm set. I give both associates 10 for customer service.

I was the only customer in the store. Store manager was training a new associate. Both were very professional.
