My visit at pandora was very satisfied and I will be coming back to get my friendship charms for my friends.also my cashier was very nice and helpful at helping me pick out my charm.

Lauren my sales associate was very friendly and helpful! I love my charms that have meaning to me personally for my charm bracelet.

Salesperson name is Jorelle, very courteous and treated me like I was the most important person in the store. Very attentive to my concern in the purchase of charms for my 9 year old granddaughter. I really appreciated her suggestions. I purchased the rainbow and the unicorn. My granddaughter absolutely love the charms.

I was highly satisfied because I knew exactly what I wanted and the sales associate knew exactly what I was talking about without having to show her a picture.
