I went to exchange my bracelet, as I’d ordered the wrong size. Keyunda came to help me. She found a bracelet that fit me better and explained to me that my bracelet would relax to accommodate my charms if I wanted to add more than I had. She also found that there was a defect in my safety chain and changed it for me. I greatly appreciated that and I look forward to my next purchase with Keyunda.
