I was highly satisfied because my Salesperson did not try to sell me just any piece of jewelry but really helped me to decide on what I really wanted. She did so by showing me a great array of merchandise and tied them to something I felt special.

My Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product i was looking for. She helped me buy pieces I did not know were necessary. I was very pleased with her service.

The Sales Associate was very knowledgeable about how to start a bracelet and helped me choose the correct pieces. I was satisfied with the Sales Associates knowledge of pieces and how fast she was at getting to them

Had an exchange no problem just even exchange. Not pressured to by anything.

I was welcomed in the store with a warm greeting, and right away felt at home. The associates were attentive to each customer inside the store. No one was ignored. They were eager to answer any and all questions. One thing that impressed me was they immediately recognized returning customers and you could see how they continued to cultivate the bond with that customer. It was a very pleasant experience.

I went in to see if they could repair my bracelet but instead I was given another a replacement. I really liked that.
