From the minute we entered the store we were greeted with a very pleasured smile , Ms. Adrienne was engaged with us as a client, she was wagered to assist us , she was knowledgeable of the merchandise and had the charms I was looking for and suggested other charms , cleaned the bracelet and charms I already had , after purchasing the seven items I purchased she arranged them on my bracelet for me . She explained the warrant , what to do if anything should happen to the charms and what to do and what pandora will do for me if it happens within the time limit. She told us about other items in the store if I decide to purchase something later. She was an A+ trusted sale associate,

The sales associate was very polite and tentative. She was able to assist me with ease and made me feel like my purchase mattered. Even placed the charms on the bracelet so I can view it.

Pandora has good customer service. They are able to get to there customer in a timely manner. They have knowledge of there product.

With the purchase I made..

Although I couldn’t purchase a dangling letter for my bracelet because they were discontinued the sales clerk told me to try an outlet store. She then helped me find my dangling Harry Potter Charm.
