Ms.Emily was very professional and knowledgeable. She help to make my visit easier,due to the fact of knowing the product that you all sale. Even though, the product that I was initially looking for didn’t fit the bracelet I had, she was able to find me a charm very similar that fit perfectly.

The quickness of service the quality of service the politeness of the associate that assisted us(Teretha) was very professional.I’ve only had 1 dissatisfied incidents at Pandora when a associate acted as if she didn’t want to be there and it reflected threw her service although I still made a purchase.Overall my experience with Pandora has been Excellent 100%
