I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Macon Pandora location because my sale associate was very knowledgeable and eager to help me. She was very patient with me. I loved how clean the store was and how they operated their customers in the store.

The merchandise is lovely and well worth the money. I feel as if the associates could be a little more friendly and less rude when asked questions about store hours or why the line was put in full sunshine instead of shade. Associate very defensive.

The prices are high and some of the pieces turns because I bought a bracelet last year and it turned it wasn't cheap it was 225 and the charms did the same the color changed so I came back to if it going to happen again you need to get a better quality
