The sales clerk was very friendly and helpful. She helped to make sure that the bracelet was the right size this time because the first one that was a gift was too big. She even made sure to clean the charms from the broken bracelet and added them to the new bracelet. She even told us when we needed to come back to get our bracelet cleaned.

I went to the store to purchase a birthday gift for my niece. I was greeted immediately upon opening the door to walk in and she came right over to assist. She was extremely helpful with finding charms for my niece. The charms were perfect and my niece loved them. The store was clean and the customers were spaced out which made me feel safe.

I was able to find the items I wanted with no problem and our salesperson, JacQuetta S. helpep my mother and I pick the right choice! She was a great help!
