Walked right in and immediately found what I was looking for, plus some extra charms on sale. That was a nice surprise! The lady that waited on me was attentive and helpful which doesn’t happen very often these days. Overall pleasant experience!

Jaqulyne was great. She was patient with a first timer. The counter displays needed some work they were scratched up a bit and it made it hard to view charms. Great team of workers.

Every time I come they have a great attitude, professional, and doesn’t make you feel rushed while looking. I came to have my bracelet and charms cleaned. My charms didn’t get to clean but it doesn’t stop me from coming back.
