All the sales representatives were so nice and helpful, it’s was a very good team y’all have in this location because Tallahassee isn’t the best. Wish this store was in Tallahassee great people !!!

Friendly Customer Service

U was very satisfied with the customer service, I was pleased with how quickly they waited on me and the advice of making sure to use the cleaning service.

They have the most cutest rings, etc that you can find with no complaints about it. Everytime I walk in the store I want every thing that I see that’s how must I live pandora.

I placed an order on line, when I received my order the braclet was too small and I went to exchange it. My Sales Person was very nice about helping me., she also informed me that the spacers I ordered would not fit the braclet I ordered and she helped me get the right ones. She put it together and showed me how to open it, and what to do when charms are added, and how to store it when not in use. This going to be a GREAT Christmas for my Daughter.
