I was promptly greeted when I arrived. I was exchanging a bracelet that I ordered online, it was too small. The young lady showed me bracelets in the next 2 sizes up from the one I brought in. She also showed me a charm I was interested in. She showed me a few other charms. I decided on 1, made my purchase and left. Everything was great, nothing could have made it any better.
