Kay helped me select and place charms on my bracelet. She accommodated me in my wheelchair. It was obvious she enjoyed assisting me select and build my charm bracelet.

Helpfulness Cleanness and Selection of products

I went to the store with the ocean charms I bought on line. Together we designed the bracelet. I also bought a few more charms to add to some of my other bracelets!

The sales associate knew exactly where to find the charms that I was wanting. She cleaned my wife's bracelet and packaged everything in a nice bag.
