The merchandise was what I wanted. Staff was very professional. Staff made me feel welcome and was very helpful. Emily Simpson was very knowledgeable of her job and gave the impression that she enjoyed being kf assistance.

Sales associates were fabulous. EMILY S. WAS AN AMAZING PERSON ASSISTING ME. I am Handicapp and she took her time and never once got annoyed; Rarely happens with disabled individuals like me!

The professionalism within this store was very appropriate and nice. Although it was very crowded from the after Christmas sale and there were only three people working the entire store, they handled the customers and their needs to the fullest. The overall energy of the store was very vibrant and nice to be in even in the midst of so much happening.

I’m came back to visit my favorite Pandora associated Nitika but this time I brought my wife. We were there to add more charms to her bracelet after been there a couple of weeks before for her birthday.

Jorelle was a excellent sales person and she had patience with me as a customer in helping me get what in would be happy with my overall experience was awesome.

The customer service is always superb. I didn't feel rushed while trying to decide which charm I would purchase. I like the young lady's demeanor that assisted during my shopping experience.

I actually arrived at the store prior to the store closing and did not have to wait for assistance from staff.
