Emily were very professional and solved my exchange with no problems. Kay the store manager was always very nice and helpful when I called the store before actually going in to make the exchange. That is when I met Emily.. very nice and gracious. Will recommend this this store to family and friends..( But will not recommend the online store/customer service.)

My daughter and I have never been in a Pandora store. I have to say, it was well worth the wait! Amazing customer service, products, and environment. I'm definitely a customer for life!

The sales associate was really nice, helpful, and welcoming. She showed me different charms based on my interests and told me the importance of clips.

The salesperson was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to restyle 2 bracelets into 3 and helped me pick out a new bracelet and charms. Even though my visit took a little while, she never 1 time acted rushed or hurried or bothered by my visit. She is excellent!
