I was highly satisfied because my sales associate Tene E No 147439 was very nice upon me entering the store and she was very knowledgeable as well. I initially went in to only look and get a price range or what I would need and even with her knowing that, she guided and directed me in the right directions that would suit me.

I got answers to my questions. I wasn't rushed to pick out the charms. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Emily was amazing. From the time I walked in the store she was extremely helpful. She knew they type of charms I liked and was looking for simply by looking at my bracelet. She immediately showed me the perfect charms to enhance my bracelet and help bring the colors out in it. She took her time and placed my charms on the bracelet so that the overall bracelet charms would be evenly distributed. We continued to have effortless conversations throughout my time in the store which made my shopping experience even more pleasant. Overall, everything was amazing.
