The sales associate was very friendly. She greeted me and tried her best to find the perfect charm for me. She arranged my bracelet and cleaned my old charms.

I loved how knowledgeable the associate was of the products. I also liked how friendly the associate was and understanding. I did not run into any problems when making my in store purchase.

The quality of of the product is awesome. The store was clean. I did not have to wait in a long line.

The store & the staff are verynice , not highly satisfied because the prices are not cheap . Second thing i was made aware at my very first purchase that there's a life time warranty on the items and when i asked the assossiate yesterday she said no. I told her the guy i purchased my first bracelet made me aware of this. She stated:" i dunno why he said so". I was disappointed!

Service was good. I did have one bad experience with online shopping during the holidays. But that does not have anything to do with the in-store experience. In-store was great!

The company knew it was Valentine’s but the inventory on red heart ring for $85.00 was down.

I would say that I’m satisfied with the purchased and the friendliness of the associate. Not highly satisfied because the wait in the line outside the store,
