I placed an order for in store pick up which went through fine. An hour later half my order was canceled because it wasn't available in store. Only for me to get there to pick up and return the other half of my order and the lady then tell me that my canceled part was actually available and they didn't know why it was canceled. After all that I didn't leave with what I ordered.

Got a free bracelet with my original order and it was too small, wanted to change out and they didn’t have any of the promotional bracelet

I think pandora store special in holidays have to have someone in the door ,The line outside was long,and one couple just cut the line ,the girls inside the store don’t put attention and they just cut the line buy and go ,was so disappointed People should respect the other one line and stay one line too and waiting .

Why you are not long helping with pieces that is break

I wished there were more choices for me to choose from. Also the charms I have on my bracelet already are different shapes then the newer charms. It was a little difficult to come up with a balanced design with the options presented.

The selection of charms is awesome. The store was well organized and clean. I got what I need very fast.
