Bracelet wasn’t measured or wrist the braclet I cannot add many charms

I was Highly satisfied

The place is very small and there’s no room for 4 more people. Not a lot of jewelry Display to see what you looking for. Had to ask for hoop earrings and everything is put away and little bags.

Originally I waited 15 minutes in line outside of the store to get in could not wait any longer and waited about 5 minutes

The sore was extremely small, which made it difficult to move around. You had to continue to move so the associate can get to products. Inventory was limited.

No satisfecho por que no tuve acceso a mi size… Pero todo lo demás estuvo perfecto!

I was very pleased with this laat visit in trumbull mall in CT however the proir one in Danbury was not...my boyfriend boughr a charm the store was pretty empry...i had to requeat a cleaning for my bracelet and was told i had to wait ½ hour...ledt my bracelet and charms only to see how filthy it was left when my last visit in trumbull the sales associate actually took the time to remove all charms just to get it done right.

Store was busy. Hard to juggle customers

Marisol V was very friendly and had the knowledge of what I was looking for but forgot to pack an item I I paid for in which I have to go in the next day for it
