The sales associate was warm and friendly

They were out of many charms and my size bracelet. Overall the wait was long but the service was good. Kathy didn’t have her mask over her nose. I also didn’t get a paper receipt until I went back and asked.

The store was tiny yet they allowed 3 people plus 3 associates inside the store at the same time. There was no chance of social distancing. They could have had one person walked outside with the line using a tablet for pickups only. The manager also argued with a sales associate about the next days hours while he was in the middle of a sale with me and she was in the middle of a sale with someone else. It was very awkward and unprofessional. He constantly berated everything she was doing.

I was looking for a ring that was discontinued. I have a necklace th the signature Pandora pendant that has broken twice. I need to replace but the one to replace it is not affordable.

The service and cleanliness was excellent, I just didn’t find what I was looking for. I really think Pandora should create more destination charms. Now that travel is limited I think it is a market they are not catering to. I especially want charms for islands in the Caribbean

I understand Covid 19 is causing issues with amount of customers in the stores, especially since the stores are not very large. I wasn’t impressed with 1 customer in the store to 1 employee. My son was purchasing a gift and I was paying. We had to switch in and out if the store to handle the transaction.
