The sales associate had great customer service and was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the safety protocols, only one customer in the store at a time, and they didn’t rush me.

Expensive and not alot to choice from

The attendent was new and didn't really know what she was doing. The manager just stood and watch while another employee helped her out.

Not much in stock, but a good variety to choose something from.

At first .. I was treated like I didn’t belong in a Pandora store .. having credit with Pandora a big line of credit ... it started shaky and then it went good and well The moral to this never judge a book by its cover ... I ended spending almost 900 in 4 charms .., glad it went well after the first 3 minutes of customer service ... I don’t want to get no one in trouble .. just to see there are people willing to spend big money at your store ... some training would be great ... been told by friends some people in this store are rude . .. but it went well and thank you for treating me good after the first 3 minutes .., I can’t show you those cause I could get in trouble ... i was a little offended.., by this word. To some it might be funny to others it might be view the same way I saw the picture..

I really love Pandora's jewelry. I have purchased many rings but have noticed their shine fades relatively fast. I wish they would last longer.

Service was boring. I didn’t feel excited while shopping which is important for me if I’m going to spend money.

Associates were very pleasant. The store was extremely clean and merchandise is always available. The prices of the merchandise is fairly reasonable.
